I came here after going through a traumatic experience and having friends and family recommend me to try therapy. I was put in an appointment with a person who just tried to give me a blood pressure medication for my anxiety. I let them know I didn’t want meds and try to get some good coping skills instead for my anxiety so I saw their therapist. Dr. Jones sticks with you when trying to find the right medication which always makes me feel better after our session. I’ve been seeing her about 2 years. She doesn’t give up, and has a wonderful demeanor! :)
