I have been seeing Dr Raj for many years, I appreciate his honesty and humour, and in my opinion, he is a great doctor. 4 star is due to my most recent visit, it was Dr Reddy instead of Dr Raj. As the visit was to retrieve blood works results for a very specific issue, I thought I give her some background knowledge, she showed impatience when I spoke and cut me off multiple times, she rushed through the result, made unprofessional remarks, did not pick up on some very important readings that are directly caused by the issue ... read more
Great experience, very patient, kind receptionist and Dr Raj took the time to understand and explain. A bit old fashion, but aboslutely faultless service 10/10.
Say crappy looking place. Blame the government. They still bulk bill and unlike several other places actually provide regular face to face consultations. Its my local where I live. And now I cant go where I work unless I want to wait for 1 or 2 days a month to see a bulk bill doctor in my local work area. I would put 5 star if I could arrange to line up my late arrival with direct walk in. Especially when losing an hour in my work literally means 30 missed emails and calls. Visited for the first time recently and it was a great experience. Starting with Reception staff who were professional and friendly. Dr Raj was warm and caring, took his time to assess. Highly recommend. Wait times can be a bit long but not that bad for a bulk billing provider. Appreciate the bulk billing service. $50 admin fee for new patients but bulk billed from there on. Worth it!
