I want to start off by saying I usually don’t post bad reviews, especially for small businesses but I don’t want my other curly girls to have a bad experience. At the start of the appointment she told me how much length she was going to take off and I was happy with that. I explained her that my goal is to grow out my hair and that I just wanted a little bit more shape. She took off inches more than I asked and that we agreed to.
