You will receive a sample meal plan and 24/7 nutrition monitoring. You will receive homework and have access to your trainer day and night. Established in 2017. I Started off training at L.A fitness in Warwick, Rhode Island. I was promoted to Master Trainer and eventually decided to start my own business.

Terrific team! Excellent attention to detail! I will echo what several others have said - the equipment is top notch! I worked with Carl and Zac and it was a pleasure to train with them! I appreciated how encouraging they were with a complete newbie like me. The facilities are super clean and never too crowded. The app is a breeze to use, and Dave is always super responsive to any questions via text. And Caroline is super helpful too! I would give 5 more stars if I could!
