The technicians here are stellar. Genuinely good people. The sales staff Rock - Genuinely nice good people. I’m only giving 3 stars cuz the sales manager tries too hard to play the game on a trade on my bike. Save the games and drop the sales mask and I would work with you. Old school playing like you’re hardcore comes off as sleezy salesmanship. Be genuine and drop the act and you will do better.
I had a detailed question about a specific part so I emailed the company and Jeff replied quickly, and he even went out of his way and sent me a comprehensive list of items and guidelines to help assist me in my installation.
