Bad cut. I came in for a cut right before the school year started. I asked for a taper and showed him the reference image. I sat there for an hour while he completely messed up my hair and left me with a botched high top. I was so stunned by the result that I couldn’t even find the words to express how dissatisfied I was. I honestly should have requested a refund.
