Have been coming here for years. The manger is always so nice and helpful. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.
Flawless reputation is tarnishing. Manager ask to keep a Dior for authentication (no problem, I'm friends with many who have shopped there) ... AND insist I pick up my bag asap or your donating it????? Are you joking? Wtf? Is that how to treat someone? Pissed me off.
