My mother has an appointment yesterday afternoon to have her hair shaved due to her cancer treatments. It takes her a lot of energy to go anywhere these days. When my stepdad arrived, the place was locked up and the one person he found to ask about it outside of the shop explained that the stylist she was scheduled with had to leave early. I understand that things happen, but what I DON'T understand is not reaching out to let us know. Really disappointed with how this was (not) handled.
