Professional, welcoming staff who take time to listen to the patient
As usual, the appointment was on time and the procedure was thorough and effecient. All interactions from the reception through the Dr's visit were extremely personable and curteous. Another great visit.
Penny was especially helpful with my insurance.
No surprises and I appreciate the conservative approach to dental and medical issues. Support staff is excellent and always offer to make the process as simple as possible.
