I sent an expensive custom-made rug to Revita to be cleaned and they ruined it. Revita offered to pay roughly 25% of the replacement cost and said if I want more than what was offered to sue him.
My 2 rugs had many years of use in my home and my old dog was not very kind to them either. I never thought they would return to me looking so clean and look almost new and fresh. Great service and I will definitely recommend them.
We were concerned that any cleaning company could remove the dirt and animal urine from our expensive rugs including a rare handmade Mongolian treasure that our Irish wolfhound adopted one day.
