Today I had the pleasure of visiting RevitaliZone for a massage. As a runner I have had issues with tight hamstrings and calves. Zsuzsanna was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on my walking and running technique to help aid recovery and manage future injuries. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. Been looking for a good masseuse in Southsea for ages and so lucky to have found Susana - cannot recommend her enough! I swear she has magic hands! Don't hesitate! She's incredibly attentive and takes great care, really listening and taking on board your areas of concern/ needs. I visited Suzana during a migraine crisis, and she truly worked wonders. Not only was the massage excellent and incredibly relieving, but she also took the time to share valuable lifestyle tips. Highly recommend!

Felt great after the massage. Calmness itself. Slept very soundly. Ready to face the 10km on Sunday. I'd felt some tightness in my right knee before and suffered a cramp in my left calf last week. I'd have mentioned it, but knew Susana would pick up on both as she carried out the massage (and she did). Looking forward to mext appointment in July!
