I had a pleasant experience with Dr Pam. However when we had our follow up call and went over 9 mins they charged my card without prior authorization $42 and when I questioned it the receptionist said she told me it was a 15 minute complimentary call but she didn’t tell me how much more it would be if it went over and she charged my card without my permission. It turned a good experience into a disappointing one.
