Booked an appointment for 10:15 to see Dr Poon. Had to pay upfront for bloodwork of 60+ dollars, went for my blood work one week prior like I was told. Showed up at 10am cause I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment. I was there for HRT and it’s 355.00 for the appointment… 10:40 comes around and I ask if my appointment time was at 10:15…. Yes. But Dr Poon hasn’t arrived. Dr. Poon was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a prescription for a cream that helped my rash instantly.
i had a very good experience with dr.poon. he helped me get rid of my acne that i’ve been dealing with for years. also, he’s really funny and kind. im very thankful for him.
My first time coming here very arrogant staff when I’m new to your business, Danielle is not a very pleasant person very judgemental staff! I like pleasant kind welcoming staff not ones that are here to judge you and here for the money! Felt very uncomfortable and pushed into services
