Derek is very thorough, taking time to understand your physical issues and how they relate to your daily activities, stress, and lifestyle. Always professional, magically precise in addressing key pain areas, and very generous with his knowledge and suggestions for self - help. I recently (apprehensively) saw Lorraine for acupuncture and was equally impressed. These are two people who are truly passionate about the care they give, and their efforts are much appreciated.
At the recommendation of my coach, I started seeing Derek in hopes of relieving tension in my neck and shoulders which was causing migraines. Derek took the time to listen to what was bothering me and set his focus on fixing the issues. The best massage experience I've ever had! I get massages for chronic pain relief. I have muscoskeletal issues in my lower back. After weeks of little sleep I decided to try to find a massage therapist who focuses on pain relief as well as traditional relaxation massage.
