Micaela just gave me SUCH a relaxing and restorative facial! As someone with acne, often facials can be stressful and feel like it’s all about fixing issues. Micaela asked open ended questions about my skin and was empathetic toward the struggle of acne. She never spoke with judgment, only kind and gentle words.
