I was trying to sell my house quick before it went into foreclosure. Braden Smith responded to my request. He said it would be more beneficial to sell it normally, then to a flipper. He listed it for me and was sold after about 5 months. I am very grateful to him for all his help with the sale and trying to find me a place to rent after.
