I was with Revitalize for a year. My provider was amazing, though she isn’t there anymore. The service from my provider was excellent but the way this business is run is shady as hell. Didn’t charge my card for 6 months and then all of a sudden said they wouldn’t see me for my appointment (in 2 days) until I paid it all. The providers care about your health, but at the end of the day the owners only care about your money and will screw you over. I rarely post reviews, but Revitalize is worth 5 stars and worth writing about. I’ve been coming to see Heather Reynolds for nearly 18 months. I was a bit skeptical at first that HRT would help me, and also worried about the cost since I have good insurance and this clinic is fully self pay. I’ve been here for 6 months now and Katie is just super sweet and helpful. I was having bad symptoms and she listened and came up with a different plan. 1 month later and I’m doing better!
