My wife signed up to work with a doctor at revitalize, specifically to work with that doctor. When we found out a couple months later that the doctor was leaving, we were told that we could get out of the contract and wouldn't be charged anymore for a service that we weren't using and did not intend to use. 3 months later, we were charged again by Revitalize. Rude as hell staff
I was with Revitalize for a year. My provider was amazing, though she isn’t there anymore. The service from my provider was excellent but the way this business is run is shady as hell. Didn’t charge my card for 6 months and then all of a sudden said they wouldn’t see me for my appointment (in 2 days) until I paid it all. The providers care about your health, but at the end of the day the owners only care about your money and will screw you over. I rarely post reviews, but Revitalize is worth 5 stars and worth writing about. I’ve been coming to see Heather Reynolds for nearly 18 months. I was a bit skeptical at first that HRT would help me, and also worried about the cost since I have good insurance and this clinic is fully self pay.
