I am grateful for Karen's skills in Therapeutic Massage and for her compassionate, positive outlook on life. When I went to Karen for a therapeutic massage, my neck was bothering me, my back, shoulders, and bum were tight, and I was having trouble sleeping. Karen included reflexology and cranial sacral work in my session which relaxed both my body and my mind. The bonus? After the massage, I slept through the night! I've been seeing Karen regularly for massage, craniosacral, and Reiki, so when she started offering foot reflexology, I thought I would give it a try. After a series of four treatments, I can say my feet (and body) have really benefitted. I'm a runner with arthritic feet, so am conscious about taking care of them with stretching and strengthening exercises. I was surprised to find out just how tight my feet still were. The massage with Karen healed my spirit and my body. It was both gentle and deep. She is amazing.
Karen is amazing, knowledgeable, very sweet, and professional. She answers all of my questions and goes out of her way to find resources for me outside of her practice as well. She genuinely wants to help people heal, regardless if it's through her services or otherwise. I did my research before choosing her for lymphatic massages, and gladly drive 30min to see her instead of more local options. Her studio is clean, quiet, and provides relaxation I'm not able to achieve anywhere else. Highly recommend!
