Michele took the time to really understand my history and my goals for the massage, which made the experience feel very personalized and effective. Throughout the session, she explained what she was feeling and finding, which helped me better understand my own body and areas of tension. I also appreciated that she provided stretches and exercises to continue working on things at home. Her knowledge, communication, and genuine care stood out. I would 100% recommend her!

Michele is amazing! She takes her time to assess your needs, discuss what it is you're looking for, and truly caters the massage to you. The environment is relaxing, and she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She also sent me home with some tips on how I can work on some TMJ stuff myself. I'm grateful we have her in the community.
