Not just for body builders. I like this gym... Many machine options which I like as someone getting back into fitness. Friendly and helpful staff!
Update August 25, still a great place to be. Friendly well trained staff, awesome client's that are helpful, friendly and make everyone feel welcome. It's awesome having trained professionals to work with, and a friendly welcoming place that treats their customers and employees with respect. This gym has replenished the faith my wife, and I lost from another business (I have post/review on the topic). Logan and Gavin walked us through and gave us a trial session. Great gym. Large place with plenty of equipment, and it's CLEAN. 24/7 access is a great plus. It's just nice not to have to leave in the middle of a workout because the place is closing. I had this happen elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. It can get a little busy sometimes, but that's to be expected with a place this great. I never find it overwhelming, and I don't like crowds. It's a solid 5 *.
