When I think about true gym culture, this place was it! I stopped into the gym on my way back from dinner last night and asked if they had a day pass. The young man at the counter let me know that I get free access since I'm staying at the hotel next door. He was super friendly and gave me a great tour of the space. I show up today at 5am and I was quickly greeted by the other gym goers. I find that rare, especially so many friendly people at 5am. Amazing gym, the equipment is older and I love older equipment, gym staff is awesome, and I realized that some of the biggest guys have the softest hearts and are actually awesome people 😂
Smaller gym but lots of space if that makes sense. Nice spot, cheap fees, owned by a serviceman. Some machines a bit outdated. It could use one more smith machine. However, nothing that prevents you from getting in the workout of your choice.
Clean, friendly staff, veteran, first responder themed. Veteran owned. Jamming sound system for those heavy metal workouts.
Not just for body builders. I like this gym... Many machine options which I like as someone getting back into fitness. Friendly and helpful staff!
