I’ve been trying to get treatment for nearly 5 months. A $150 telehealth appoint is required before starting. They told me insurance often covers this, but got the runaround when I tried to give them my insurance info. I eventually just paid it out of pocket. Very difficult to actually get ahold of someone. I left numerous polite messages trying to figure out a time to schedule infusions. Said best/most effective way to complete treatment was doing 6 infusions over 2 weeks.. then said you can do it over 3 weeks… then it was like.. oh it doesn’t matter! You can do it whenever.. it will be fine.. I think they just want to take your money. They don’t actually care if you complete treatment or not. They were also closing the office a lot while I started my treatment. It was like oops sorry.. we’re changing providers or whatever their excuse was. Treatment was great, atmosphere was good. But be aware that if you file through insurance, you will be charged quite a bit more than patients that pay out of pocket, so be sure to get the breakdown beforehand.
I had an amazing experience here. I completed the ketamine-assisted therapy which included six infusions, seven therapy sessions. The staff is amazing and ensure you're well taken care of and safe. They are available throughout the whole experience and after to answer any questions or concerns. They really care here and it shows.
The team at revitalyst help me do a complete one 180 in terms of my mental health growth. I haven't felt this in control and at the wheel since before I joined the military. I highly recommend to anyone that is seeking long term help with Mental Health.
