Everyone was always so nice. If I showed up a few minutes early they could usually fit me in. So easy to make appointments.
Poor service and bedside manner. Brought my grandmother here and had mentioned we need to leave her session early for another appointment. The receptionist had told us to reschedule but we still wanted a shorter session. While waiting for the PT, I overheard the receptionist and PT speaking in Urdu, mentioning how they did not want to see my grandmother for her session and prefers we cancel, despite me already discussing that we would be okay with a shorter session.
