I've been seeing Dr. Jean since 2018 and her service was always consistent until this year. She has taken a turn for the worst. She is no longer very caring and considerate of her patients. In fact, no one returns your calls or anything now. They even go as far as allow you to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT 2 hours from your home and then NOT COMMUNICATE with you at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

For three years, I've endorsed Dr. Jean and sent all of my own patients to her. I've also sent friends and family. It's extremely disheartening that she's chosen to pick up and disappear, not returning calls, not answering calls, and no longer fulfilling her obligation to her patients. None of my clients are able to renew their medical marijuana cards as a result, and most of these clients are elderly. We owe our patients written notice when moving/retiring/shutting down shop. In fact, when you call her office and happen to not get anybody, you get a text where you can book an appointment online! It was very fast and convenient with no wait, I loved it!
