I booked an appointment today at 3:00 PM. At 10:39 AM, the receptionist called to cancel my schedule due to an “emergency reason.” I asked if there was another slot for today and if we could come anytime within the day. He told me he would call me at 1:30 PM to confirm if there was an available slot or if it needed to be rescheduled. It was already 3:48 PM with no update, so I called back.
