Revision's customer service is awesome! I ordered a pair of their Hellfly ballistic sunglasses with prescription lenses years ago. When they arrived, there was a slight defect on the coating, which I mentioned to them. They sent me an identical, second pair for free. I kept the old ones for use in my vehicle where a perfect coating wasn't essential. About 2 years ago, I called them b/c the rubber nose piece on both glasses had worn down.
