I've downgraded my original review from 2016 from 5 stars to 2. Owning the solar system since 2016, here's my experience: - I have had equipment failures. My Solaredge inverter died after 4 years. It was replaced under warranty but I had to pay the expensive labor costs. I have also had optimizers go bad, and several electric faults that have never been resolved. the faults are a mystery. - Getting Revision support and someone to come to look at my issues usually takes several months from the initial phone contact. - I have ... read more

ReVision installed our mini-split heat pumps a few years ago and did a fantastic job. We called this year to have routine cleaning done and the service was excellent. Nick was incredibly kind, thorough, and quick, and also took the time to show me the inner workings of the units and gave me suggestions for how to keep everything clean and running smoothly throughout the seasons.
