We have worked with Revision for several projects - solar panels, battery backup, and now a heat pump mini-split. Consistently very happy with the professionalism of their staff and high quality of their products that have helped us significantly decrease our fuel consumption.
In late spring, we had a min-split installed by Revision Energy. From the initial contact with Jeff to the installation, I only have good things to say about this company. They are very professional and courteous. Very easy to talk to you. Asked many questions and was provided with understandable answers!
Super impressed - the installation is "clean" meaning no visible wires, positioning on roof is perfect, etc. The team was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Despite heavy rain, these guys clipped into their safety gear and carried on. Highly recommend.
The installation was done in one day by a team of professionals who were courteous and responsive. The city inspection has been scheduled, and the only thing remaining is the meter replacement by the utility, Eversource. This is expected to occur within the next couple of weeks.
Crew was courteous, organized, anticipated and would inform of next steps. Very good work.
