It has helped me a lot. I have anxiety. I am learning how to control my anxiety, plus it feels great to let it all out sometimes you know? I have learned a lot of tricks, and tips. I fidget when I feel anxious, so when they first gave me kinetic sand to play with, I was so happy. So far it has been great.
