De registered his business mid treatment. He caused a permanent and noticeable scar and damaged the skin on my face, arm and belly and it will never be the same again. Is left untreatable and gets red. The skin has become so thin it still hurts after years. Awful. He has impacted my life and impacted my self confidence for the rest of my life. Would sue if he didn’t run away

I went to see Drew, in 2020 all the way to last year, he treated some scars a pockmark on my forehead and a small birthmark, since put last appointment in march 2021 the pockmark that he treated which was okay and not so noticeable in the first place as well as the same colour as the rest of my face, got worse, it turned white in colour and looks far worse than before I received any treatment from Drew, I have been contacting him since then, calls, texts, emails and haven’t received a single response. It was 1 step forward and 2 steps back with drew, I worked with him on my scars for about 9 months from mid 2020 to 2021. In that time I had complications arise from the treatments including pigmentation, some splitting of scars and steroid injections which left me with discolouration and atrophy that looks to be permanent. He was very enthusiastic but I can’t say the scars improved, the extra complications made them more noticeable and more stressful. Unfortunately he never responded to my last messages.
I cannot speak highly enough of Drew and what he has done for my teenage son. After being fobbed off by a couple of G.P.'s and told that there was nothing which could be done we were finally referred to Drew at the Revision and Scar clinics. Drew is like a breath of fresh air, he is unique in his approach, and quite honestly he has restored my faith in clinicians.
