Staff kinda friendly and kind
I’ve been going to Steve at Reville Automotive for years. He is my go to for an honest mechanic. Great service!
Extremely poor experience with Reville. I wish I had an option to provide negative stars here. I've been their customer since 2022 and recently decided to go with a different auto service, which I think in hindsight was too late to make that decision.To summarize: 1. They say they fixed all the issues you reported with your vehicle, but that's not always true 2. Previous dealings with Reville were great as long as Steve is at the helm. However for our recent repair he wasn't available, the last repair quality and communications were very disappointing. The staff appear to neither appreciate nor value our business. I wish Steve had taken a more proactive role in this repair, I am sure if he did he wouldn't be losing a customer now.
