I purchased a pair of jeans this morning and the Review lady was fantastic. Great attitude and made me feel welcome. I didn't catch her name, sorry, but she did have a green coloured streak in her hair. Thank you for making my shopping experience great.
Had bad experience with Santa photo taking on top level in Myer. Waited for more than half an hour, the staff squeezed 4 people in front of me because they booked online. She should tell us how many bookings before us, if not take walk-in clients, don’t let us to wait. Very bad organization and poor explanation.
The clothes are nice, we ended up spending $100 but the shop assistant was rude. She was not inviting and hospitable to any of the customers that was at the shop at the moment me and my sister were there. She did not even ask if we needed any help . The previous people who use to work there always assisted with their customers and helped customers. But she just ignored everyone.
