I had a fantastic experience today shopping for my wedding dress. The lovely Helena was the the right amount of attentive - offering suggestions and fitting advice without being at all pushy. She helped me find the perfect dress for my special day and made some styling suggestions for the accessories. I met the manager Tahlia a few times and she is absolutely amazing person I ever met in retail store . She always smile to me and being so helpful .I feel like i want to come back again and see her because of her . She is such a star in the store and keep it going Tahlia. You are the best
Lovely store, with lovely clothes. The sales clerk Tahlia was a gem, with sound knowledge of the clothing and who was bright and really approachable.
The absolute best customer service from Tahlia, checking stock and phoning multiple other stores to organise an exchange of a dress (different size) for my wife. Cannot speak highly enough of her. Thank you so much.
Purchased two items with good fabric and tailoring. Tahlia’s excellent customer service and cheery demeanour, were the cherry topping to my experience. Will be back.
