Great product because of their excellent processes, environmental efficiency and respectful natural attention to their stock.
Great sustainable farms that are high tech, chemical free and they are starting a program which will have 0 waste and 100% benefit to the environment. Great people, great food and Gibsons in Chicago buys all their meat from them. They are the only restaurant group to have their own USDA certification. Highly recommended. PS. They have an amazing tour with nothing to hide!
