Emily’s blonding skills are impeccable. I originally went to Emily with just a few highlights and no clue on how to transform my hair and she knew exactly how to make me love it. I’ve been going to her ever since. Her pricing is very reasonable and she is always helpful with recommending products to keep my hair healthy.
