Terrible move in experience. When I looked at it, I just assumed they'd clean it up before I moved in (my fault for assuming). Room is gross, you can smell the cigarette smoke. Couch is nasty, bed has I'm assuming cigarette burns in it. Carpet needs changed, I don't walk around barefoot or even with socks on. Oven is gross, probably never cleaned. Water situation sucks. I can’t say enough good things about the property or management. I recently moved in and can say that the apartments are spacious, facilities clean, and amenities numerous. The property manager Jordan is top notch. Unlike the typical sales manager where they stop talking to you after the lease is signed - he remains helpful, in contact, and professional. No longer a motel but they are turning it into apartments I'm not for sure but I'm pretty sure they are cuz new owners bought them and they're going to make apartments out of these in the new owners are very nice people
