Awful and unpleasant
Very rude a will tell you to your face they don’t care it is about money. They will force you to attend appointments or pay even if u offer medical certificate's. I have a broken neck and in server pain I also have the flu and I am bed ridden. They are making me pay and threatening me with work cover. There is no empathy for the unwell as long as their bill is paid they don’t care again they will tell u this. This treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable the ombudsman will be contacted.
I been going to Barry for awhile getting to know my psychologist for 3-4 years. later he diagnose me and recommended I should be on DSP. Barry and receptionist always welcoming, offer tea, coffee, softdrink even miso soup one time. I loved his couch I was able to lay down get comfortable.
Barry is very knowledgeable and helpful i highly recommend Barry with any issues you may have Thank you Barry.
