I always try to leave fair and honest reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Reverse Pool has been very disappointing. I made contact with the company over 3 months ago to obtain a quote, and despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting. I dealt with Tom, who assured me on at least five separate occasions that the quote would be sent through — including a final promise that I would receive it within 24 hours. You want the best? These are the guys. They have just removed a super tight access and tricky to remove pool for us and the entire process was seamless and delivered to a very high standard. All the fellas were super nice, respectful, and even our neighbours came out to thank them for cleaning up the street after they were done! Now we have a freshly turfed backyard ready for summer. It's like the pool never existed! Couldn't recommend them enough!
