Stop lying when it comes to paying for repairs. The money they are holding is what the Insurance Company paid and they don't want to pay it out. They are holding up a sale of the condo my Mom had and i may lose buyer due to their lies.😤

Don't ever let you elderly loved ones get a loan with reverse mortgages solutions!! Ther are the worst. My dad has been trying to get his roof replaced for days. Their customer service is horrible the people are so rude. No wonder my dad is so frustrated I guess they don't know how to help the elderly. You would think they would.
By Far The Worst Decision my mom ever made. My mom passed away on March 31, 2018 and I have done everything RMS requested to indicate we were selling he home. It went under contract within a week and as we waited for the Homestead Determination RMS proceeded to Default the loan and hire a management company stating it was required by HUD and FHA.
