The provider had her dog off leash in the office and was holding it immediately prior to my tox injections. I didn’t say anything at the time bc I was shocked that I would ever have to raise concerns about an animal in a medical spa... Between that and the steep missed appointment/late cancellation fee ($100), I won’t be returning :/
