I absolutely love my girls, Lisa and Lucy, at Reverse Med Spa! They always provide exceptional service and truly pride themselves on making sure I’m happy and comfortable. The provider had her dog off leash in the office and was holding it immediately prior to my tox injections. I didn’t say anything at the time bc I was shocked that I would ever have to raise concerns about an animal in a medical spa... Between that and the steep missed appointment/late cancellation fee ($100), I won’t be returning :/
