Lara is great and very sweet, she did my nails great every time. But the environment does not feel welcoming honestly. I hate to say it because I loved how my nails turned out but I can say I won’t be back because I like to feel calm when in a salon and I always felt a hostile energy towards me from (not all but) some of the salon team. I also want to say that I am a black woman and it’s hard for me to not feel that has a correlation. I hope that I happen to be a singular situation but just wanted to point it out.

I’ve been to the shop a few times now and Lara is always so patient and careful with my nails, I will definitely be back!

My technician was not outwardly rude to me but she did the bare minimum. I was attempting to make conversation and all I would get would be “ok’s” and limited responses. She didn’t check in on my nails to see if the polish was dry after she left me at the drying station. I was sitting there while having to listen to her and the customer she was working on have a fully flowing conversation.
