Completely unprofessional. I had made an appointment for a haircut. They called me to ask if I could move to 3:30 from 2:30 that my stylist was running behind. I said sure no problem. I came in at 3:15 my stylist explained that they were still running behind asked if I could come back at four. I again said sure. Was called at 3:43 and told that my stylist was unable to cut my hair today and asked if I could come in tomorrow instead. Mind you they will charge you if you cancel within a certain amount of time. Drew is officially stuck with me. My hair looks so amazing and healthy. I showed him a picture and I got it. The staff and atmosphere is so welcoming, no first time anxiety at all. I found my place 💜

Maddi did a long, shaggy wolf cut on me earlier in the day. I work nights as a mechanical bull operator, and my style lasted ALL NIGHT! I had been needing a new style and she gave me exactly what I was dreaming of, and more! Absolutely loved the other stylists, too. Love her, Reverie, and my new look. Thank you!

I can’t recommend Reverie Haus and Drew enough. I’ve been to several master and senior stylists throughout the 757, Richmond, and NOVA, and every cut I got seemed to only look good when my hair was blown out or straightened. I was that girl who always threw her hair in a low bun or hid it under a hat because my natural hair just never looked right.
