We loved this community. Great amenities, beautiful appearance, loved the models. We are anxious to sell our home so we can retire here! The sales agent, Tracie, was wonderful. Spent a lot of time with us showing us everything, explaining the process, etc.
Potential home buyers should be aware that a giant gasoline depot is planned to be built very close to this community. 12.6 million gallons of petroleum is planned to be stored there. If you have a problem with that contact the Palm Coast City council who is poised to approve it.
