I lived here with my mother , since I was 15. I moved in on my own after she passed in 2022 and at first I truly loved it, our managers were attentive and cared for their tenants. Pest control once a month, inspections every for months for broken appliances, chipped paint and so on. one night management was randomly changed since then all that had changed. no lease has been signed/issued. Rent is expensive and apartments are old and not well kept at all like the previous reviews say. Vents/lights don’t work. You put in a work order and they take forever to address it.
Slowly going downhill..
