Complicated hard to see understand system for inputting orders. it HIDES it's methods of payment and sends Confirmation BEFORE Your order is really confirmed leaving you hanging..........and a phone follow up just gets you told "but MOST people can figure it out even though a LOT do call and complain - so we're NOT going to fix it", Their ice melter is great though!!
