I’ve been a patient of Dr Kelly‘s for over a decade with great communication. I don’t waste her time. She doesn’t waste mine.
Went to this doctor for years but now that it is revere they no longer take our insurance. No phone call, nothing until she got there for an appointment. Doctor was good; admin support and new group is not.
First time visiting this facility. Have been given the run around by the staff having me call insurance for a list of covered medications. I called the pharmacy because I told they should have given me something that was compatible with the script and covered by insurance. Pharmacist said oh no we don’t do that. We leave the script writing up to the doctor. I call the insurance, the customer service rep tells me she can’t do that because she is not a doctor.
