On May 18th I made an appointment with Dr. Matt Irvin, he was very cool and concerned with my issues. He ordered a CT scan and MRI, that went smoothly. However when I tried to set up my chart with Revere I had to enter my DOB. Instead of just trying it in I hand to use a yearly calendar. So I had to push a button 65 x 12 to get the proper year??? How 'bout you just let people type it in like all other facilities do?
Very helpful and called back to ensure a referral had been completed.
Go to Intermountain, they are much better!
I brought my daughter to Revere urgent care. NP Staycha Lee is who saw her. Staycha seemed irritated when I asked questions about possible diagnosis and treatments for my daughter. I was trying to get a better understanding of what she was talking about. Staycha said she wanted to test my daughter for multiple things that had almost nothing to do with my daughter’s symptoms and failed to explain her reason for wanting to test for them. Just before Christmas I came into urgent care and the doctor on staff said I might have strep but since I had a sinus infection he wasn’t going to test me. I asked him to anyways as I had young children at home and need to know if I have it. This was in the first two minutes of my appt so he left the room and never came back.
