I brought my daughter to Revere urgent care. NP Staycha Lee is who saw her. Staycha seemed irritated when I asked questions about possible diagnosis and treatments for my daughter. I was trying to get a better understanding of what she was talking about. Staycha said she wanted to test my daughter for multiple things that had almost nothing to do with my daughter’s symptoms and failed to explain her reason for wanting to test for them. Just before Christmas I came into urgent care and the doctor on staff said I might have strep but since I had a sinus infection he wasn’t going to test me. I asked him to anyways as I had young children at home and need to know if I have it. This was in the first two minutes of my appt so he left the room and never came back. Couldn’t provide an MRI because they were “closing.” Gave me a temporary solution to relieve pain and then charged a ridiculous amount. The billing department doesn’t know how to correctly bill an urgent care to the VA. I’ve had to call th VA and figure out how they are supposed to properly bill to the VA because they “tried, and they told me that I am not eligible for the VA to cover the visit and I am responsible for the bill.” So I went ahead and did their job by contacting the VA and figured out how they are supposed to ... read more
Saturday Dec. 6 / 8:10 a.m ( opens at 8 ) I walk in for labs, sounds super easy. Estimated anywhere from 9 to 13 people in the waiting area. I walk up and stand while the secretary types away on her keyboard along with her sound effects of clearly not wanting to be there. After she send another patient packing out the front door of no fault of her own, ( apparently no codes on her paperwork) she glances at me and back to the keyboard.
