Dr Cevy and other doctors that I have seen before are very helpful answer my questions and are genuine I would recommend them
They disregarded my little sister completely, and then didn’t give her any idea of where she actually could go for help. She’s autistic and asked the front if she could speak with the doctor one more time before leaving. The receptionist literally yelled at her in the front room, and she came back out to my car sobbing. I expect more from people, but especially those supposedly there to help people. I am from out of town and needed a second lab down at a very specific time so they told me to go to this urgent care and they could do it for me. I went in and no one was at the front desk. There was a family waiting to be seen and a nurse took them back but then no one else came out. I waited for about 15 minutes and looked around for a sign or instructions on how to be seen. It was a Saturday afternoon so I figured it would be fully staffed but I couldn't find anyone to help me.
Dr. Winger was great and went the extra mile.
