Visited on a Sunday. Not busy at all. Absolutely awesome customer service. The lady at check in, the nurse, the Doc. All awesome.
I have been at this location twice, once for my daughter and again for myself. The care providers at urgent care today were some of the kindest souls I have ever ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. They were so kind, non-judgmental, and truly advocates of health and wanting to help me get better. So very happy with their service, and they just healed a part of me that has hated going to doctors for years. So grateful for the hero’s who worked urgent care today and took such great care of me. Thank you!!
Ever since they outsourced their billing/customer service department this place is an absolute nightmare! There is not communication between the clinic and the billing company they outsourced too. The coding is not accurate and results in insurance denying the charge and then to get it fixed you have to deal with a nightmare billing/customer service third party agency. An absolute mess!!!! Save yourself the headache and go to canyon view medical group!
