Great care and attention to detail. Therapist knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend.
The facilities are great, and the physical therapists have access to a lot of resources and exercises. My issue was with James N. Anderson. I went to him for a problem between my shoulder blade and spine, but the referring PA said it was a rotator cuff injury. During the session, I kept saying the exercises didn’t feel like they were targeting the right area, but James just said I needed to strengthen it and didn’t really listen to me. they will not help you with billing. They will not sent in the preauthization or refurral and then it's up to you to fight with them. They WILL NOT HELP YOU!
Great orthopedic doc!
The staff here is super awesome! The downfall comes to no fault if their own but the system they work in. They are seeing multiple patients at once so you're not getting the one on one attention that you need. I have switched to a PT who you are with the PT the whole time who is helping you with form and questions you have and that has been a game changer! Because they had to zoom through patients as quick as they could they couldn't give as much attention than what is needed for recoveries.
