Ever since they outsourced their billing/customer service department this place is an absolute nightmare! There is not communication between the clinic and the billing company they outsourced too. The coding is not accurate and results in insurance denying the charge and then to get it fixed you have to deal with a nightmare billing/customer service third party agency. An absolute mess!!!! Save yourself the headache and go to canyon view medical group!
Today I got a mammogram in imaging 107, Salem, they told me to be there 15 minutes earlier just to wait another 25 minutes, seeing people going in and out quicker, this exact same thing happened last year appointment as well, I should of learn my lesson then, looking for a new place to get this done from now on. Lady helping me did a good job is just not enough to keep coming, hope this helps management figure out how not to waste peoples time. Thanks.
You have to make multiple visits a year just so they can milk more money out of Medicare or your insurance. Prescriptions refills run out all at different times and in short time. The elderly are scared because they fear they are trapped in a cycle and unable to get out. And that in turn makes me scared and just want out of "the system" entirely.
