Doctor's have been good. But, avoid using their system. Set an appointment online, waited 2 weeks; and they didn't have my appointment. When checking in, they said "oh, online doesn't work". So, now I'm 2 weeks behind and other's have booked during that time and SOL. Thanks Revere
Do not trust Revere Health with your care. I visited Jonathan Shumway at Revere Health Salem Family Practice on 03/11/25, seeking treatment for what I believed was a severe UTI. This was my second infection in three months—and both had already reached my kidneys. After performing a “culture analysis” on my urine, a nurse called to inform me that nothing was wrong. I’ve seen several physicians and PA’s here, but my absolute favorite is Dr Shumway. He has literally saved my life. I was in a lot of pain starting in November and he did everything that he could to help figure out what was wrong. It may have taken a bit of time and money, 🤮but never have I met a physician who will call and check up on you because they are concerned for you. He is caring and takes time with you. I would suggest that you try him as a physician
Had knee surgery and was very disappointed with the Doctors response when I was still having issues. I've never felt so dismissed!
