I was treated so unprofessionally by your front office staff member. I left Immediately and I will not be back. I worked in the medical field for years and was very put off and disappointed by her behavior. Not a great look for people coming into your office if they are treated poorly from the get-go.
Our 1.5 yr old daughter fell off a few steps and fractured her fibula, so we got referred to Dr. Lambson. Dr. Lambson, the nurse, and the desk ladies were all were super kind and helpful. My daughter gets scared being at the doctor but Dr. Lambson and the nurse were very patient with her. She just got her cast off today and her cast removal went great! Her leg is all healed thanks to Dr. Lambson. My 4 year old son came with us too and he had fun coming. They are wonderful with kids. Definitely would recommend!!

We have had 3 appointments with Revere for my wife’s pregnancy. 2 of these were incorrectly scheduled by their software and their “texting” system resulting in extreme delays in appointments. They refused to do our 20 week anatomy scan because we showed up at the scheduled time but they had changed the time without telling us (they even sent a text confirming the original time). Doctors are great when you get to see them, but good luck getting in. Fix the front office problems.
