If I could leave less than one star I would. We have this office multiple chances and they treated us poorly at every turn. We were told we were having a miscarriage, which was clearly documented in the notes. Labs were not followed up on as promised, which led to us having to call in for follow up. After being told to go to the ER, we found out that they missed not only one gestational sacs, but two confirmed by multiple ultrasounds. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Young regarding prolonged pelvic pain, during which I agreed to a Pap smear. Unfortunately, the experience turned unexpectedly distressing. DURING the procedure, Dr. Young informed me that he would perform a biopsy, which we had not previously discussed. This sudden announcement triggered a wave of anxiety, leading to lightheadedness and panic. Doctors and care are good but I can never get ahold of a nurse or receptionist. I’d prefer to talk to someone rather than texting. It’s very frustrating.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Mathew Clark for a hysterectomy based on my experience with my postoperative care. Before my surgery, I was told I would be prescribed oxycodone for pain after the procedure. After surgery, no prescription was sent. My husband had to call the office, and instead of contacting me to discuss my pain management or clarify any concerns, a much weaker medication was prescribed.
