I have not even been seen and Dr. Wing has cancelled my appointment twice. I had to wait a month for an appointment in Feb for it to be canceled 4 days before and I was offered an appointment a month out in March. That appointment was tomorrow and with less than a 24 hour notice he cancelled it. His next appointment is a month out. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was on my way to be seen TODAY and literally 55 minutes before my appointment I was told that the Dr had an emergency delivery and had to cancel my appointment. I then went on to the website to see me and a bunch of other women have had the same problem. Why is there not more Dr’s to provide service when another Dr has to go into an emergency delivery? Why is this such a common occurrence?? Is there only one Dr working here? Can this place not afford to hire someone else? Seriously. What is going on?

I am very happy with my doctor and the care I am receiving. However, the office was running an hour behind at my last appointment. I sat in the waiting room for one hour with no explanation, no receptionist updating me. So, I called before my appointment today to see what their wait was like, trying to not sit in the waiting room for an hour. The office is a joke. The first appointment I have was a viability appointment because I just had a miscarriage, because I was only 5 weeks along at the time the first this the doctor says is he thinks I’m having a miscarriage again. That is not okay whatsoever. Follow up two weeks later I’m in their office for over an hour, never told me how far along I was nothing. This place is an actual joke. After making an appointment, filling out all of my information online, showing up 15 minutes early and taking off work/planning my day around the appointment - I get there only to hear that the doctor had surgery that morning and would be an hour and fifteen minutes OR MORE before he could see me. No call. No text. No communication. They just expect people to sit there for 2 hours waiting in a boring waiting room.
