Doctors and care are good but I can never get ahold of a nurse or receptionist. I’d prefer to talk to someone rather than texting. It’s very frustrating.
I would NOT recommend Dr. Mathew Clark for a hysterectomy based on my experience with my postoperative care. Before my surgery, I was told I would be prescribed oxycodone for pain after the procedure. After surgery, no prescription was sent. My husband had to call the office, and instead of contacting me to discuss my pain management or clarify any concerns, a much weaker medication was prescribed. Loved our experience with Dr. Allen! Felt cared for!
I love the midwife’s and even Dr. Wing we had a great experience with. However, we have been so disappointed with the way the hospital is ran. Not only are they getting rid of their midwives and a lot of their good nursing staff but on top of that their system of having patients get ahold of them is ABSURD. They don’t have a phone line to call (unless you’re potentially going into labor) to schedule apts or ask questions for a nurse. Instead you text a number and get responses here and there.
